A 39 year old married atheist father of 2 (plus one coming in 2009). Lou is also an over qualified amateur photographer and cook who still finds time to play D&D twice a week and disc golf on Wednesdays. Lou is a lucky man. Lou has been playing D&D since X-mas of 1980 when his brother Tony received the original boxed basic D&D, but had to go to church whilst Lou was at home with the flu so he got to fall in love first.

Getting ready for Thanksgiving...

Here at the Casa del Nelson/Doench, we are getting ready for another Thanksgiving celebration. With Turkey ala Lou and Pie ala Naomi and a special visit from the Schmoo's Grandaddy Tom. An intimate gathering to say the least. We wish all of you out there a happy and healthy Turkey Day, especially all our boys and girls overseas valiantly fighting to protect our fr.... err... make the world saf.... errr... ummm what was the point of sending our boys and girls over seas again?
